Attorney Nina Fisher is a unique blend of a seasoned investment banker and a divorce attorney, bringing unparalleled expertise to high-net-worth individuals navigating the complexities of a divorce. Before becoming an attorney, Nina specialized in asset management, hedge funds, foreign exchange and metals trading. With a deep understanding of both finance and family law, Nina is equipped to handle the most intricate financial matters in a divorce, from business valuations and investment portfolios to executive compensation and complex asset division. Nina worked for financial institutions and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in Monaco, London, Geneva, Eastern Europe and the Middle East, advising both institutional and private clients. Transitioning into family law, Nina applies this financial acumen to protect the interests of her clients in divorce proceedings, ensuring a fair and an equitable division their assets. Whether negotiating a favorable settlement or advocating in court, Nina is committed to achieving the best outcome for her clients, combining legal strategy with financial precision. Nina holds a Master's of Science in Finance specialized in Hedge Funds & Private Equity from the International University of Monaco and a J.D. from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School.

Attorney Jennifer Gibbs is Of Counsel to Nina Fisher Law, LLC and a Managing Partner of Gibbs Tillery Law Firm. Jennifer is a dedicated and tireless family law and estate planning attorney specializing in all aspects of domestic relations, including but not limited to divorce, custody, support, visitation, modifications of custody, support and/or visitation, contempt, guardianships, and estate planning. Jennifer has been at the forefront of providing legal representation to same-sex couples before the United States Supreme Court’s 2015 ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges extended marriage equality to same-sex couples under the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution. For over 10 years, Jennifer taught history and coached basketball in the Missouri and Florida public and private school systems. Jennifer holds a Master’s in Sports Administration and a J.D. from Emory School of Law.
