Jennifer is a seasoned family law veteran. She is a dedicated and tireless family law and estate planning attorney specializing in all aspects of domestic relations, including but not limited to: divorce, custody, support, visitation, modifications of custody, support and/or visitation, contempt, guardianships, and estate planning. In addition to her role at Nina Fisher Law, she is also a Managing Partner at Gibbs Tillery Law Firm. Jennifer has been at the forefront of providing legal representation to same-sex couples before the United States Supreme Court’s 2015 ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges extended marriage equality to same-sex couples under the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution. A pioneer in this industry, Jennifer’s awards include: Top Attorney in Georgia 2022, Super Lawyer 2022, The National Advocates Top 100 Lawyers and Super Lawyer Rising Star. Prior to her legal work, Jennifer taught history and coached basketball in the Missouri and Florida public and private school systems for over 10 years.
